Diversity Manager, Holden
Matthew is part of the team that is reinventing one of Australia’s most iconically masculine brands into one which resonates with a more diverse Australia.
In recent months, Holden has increasingly weighed in on social issues, particularly in challenging outdated gender-stereotypes and promoting positive role models for women. Holden has a special place in the hearts of many Australians and Matthew and his colleagues will continue to leverage that brand strength to influence positive change in Australia.
Previously, Matthew has worked for some of retail’s biggest brands and immediately before joining Holden he spent two years with the Cotton On Group driving the creation and enhancement of talent practices across their global operation.
Matthew is Vice Chair of the GM International Women’s Council and a Non-Executive Director of Whoosh Fitness.
