Tara owns Lordsmith & Co which is a Marketing Strategy and CMO Advisory Firm established in 2014. With a focus on Portfolio Strategy, Brand Discovery, Innovation and Marketing Restructuring she provides a range of organisations with the direction and confidence they need to optimise their marketing performance. She has 20+ years corporate experience working in CMO
and Senior Marketing and Strategy positions for Simplot Australia, Cadbury, Schweppes and Myer. As part of her new business she has also held Interim CMO roles with Tabcorp and IAG as part of her marketing benchmarking assignments. She is passionate about raising the profile of marketing in Australia and has recently co-founded www.cmocollective.com to unite CMO’s across the country.
Tara has been a Board Member for the Australian Marketing Institute (AMI) and advisory board member for a range of agencies and scale up organisations.
